A Lexington, Kentucky woman is facing charges after allegedly abusing a disabled 4-year-old boy left in her care. Tiffany Fields’ son Luke has Down’s Syndrome, heart defects, and epilepsy. He needs constant care, so Tiffany said that a woman from a local home health care service, Lillian D. White, started watching her son Luke. The family’s attorney, Dale Golden, said that they noticed behavior changes with Luke, so Tiffany set up a nanny cam. “Once she looked at it, to her shock, she saw that her child was not only being physically abused but also verbally abused,” said Golden.
